If you need help, the first thing you should do is take a look at our list of frequently asked questions. You should locate the FAQ section of the product and make sure that it does not contain an article that can solve your problem.

Before you contact us: Read the help file and/or manual. And, make sure you are using the latest version of the product. If it turns out that you do not have the latest version, you can get the latest by visiting the requested products download section.

If you do contact us, please make sure that you have as much information as possible. Sometimes people write us and say "It doesn't work." Quite honestly, this doesn't help anyone. We are happy to help you with our software. We just need your help as well.
